Warranty

The Right Stuff Detailing warrants products (purchased on or after the above "Effective Date of December 24, 2013") that its parts are free of defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the following:

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of parts for the lifetime of the parts in the car in which they are first installed. The warranty will not transfer if the parts, or the car in which the parts are installed, or both, are sold or transferred. Proof of the date of your purchase is required.

The warranty does not cover parts which have been damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, neglect, abuse, improper installation or accident such as: (but not limited to)

  • normal deterioration from wear or exposure
  • failure to follow the instructions that are provided by The Right Stuff Detailing
  • installing the part on a vehicle other than the one it is designed for
  • improper installation of the part by customer or by any installer
  • driver abuse of the vehicle after part installation
  • improper or unauthorized modification, alteration, or repair of the part; or
  • accident, fire, flood, "acts of God," or other contingencies beyond the control of The Right Stuff Detailing Company

Consequential and incidental damages, including but not limited to labor costs incurred in diagnosis of defects, removal or reinstallation of a product, are not recoverable under this warranty.

Shipping

Orders are shipping via UPS or FedEx. Charges are based on actual shipping costs. large lines require oversize shipping fees. Call our customer service department for a shipping quote. Orders outside of the Continental United States have an additional $30 handling charge. Please call for rates on overseas shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns require an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). An RMA number may be obtained by contacting TRS's customer service department. Items will only be accepted in new, resalable condition. If returned items are not found to be in new condition, they will be returned to the sender at his/her expense or discarded. Customers must also complete and include the Merchandise Return form found in the products original package. If the return is due to an error by TRS, the customer will be reimbursed for normal shipping charges. A call tag can be issued by TRS for the product to be picked up at the customers' expense.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless an exchange order is placed for TRS products. Contact our Customer Service Department for additional details.

Defective Product Returns

Any product determined to be defective or that becomes unserviceable due to workmanship will be replaced at no cost to the original purchaser only. Do not return TRS products to an authorized dealer until you have contacted TRS first. Our customer service department will instruct you on return procedures after they have determined the product is defective. An RMA number will be issued at that time, and we will provide you with the appropriate shipping instructions.

MISSING ITEMS - Any component shortages or missing parts / assemblies from the original purchase must be reported to TRS within 30 days of receiving the shipment. After this time, it is TRS's discretion as to whether or not the missing parts will be sent.

Disclaimer

TRS will not be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays, failures or any consequential damage arising from any cause whatsoever, nor the labor, transportation or mechanical damage caused by the use or misuse of products. We are not responsible for typographical or production errors.

New Patterns & Free Lines

All of our lines are patterned from original lines supplied by customers like you. If you need lines that we have a category for; but your application is not listed, you may qualify for free lines! Lines for unlisted categories may qualify for a lesser discount of 30-50% off. Please call us to see if you qualify for this program. We will provide instructions on shipping the lines to us. Lines MUST be blown out, and reasonably free of grease and oil. The start and end points of each line should be clearly labeled to show where they fit on the vehicle.
