Payment Options:
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, & Call Ahead/Pre-paid (Checks Held 10 Days).  We do not accept American Express or C.O.D.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping quotes are available from the shopping cart  page.  Simply add your parts to the cart, enter your zip code, and click the “Get Shipping Rates” button.  All available service levels and corresponding prices will be displayed in the drop down list.

Order Processing:
Online orders placed before 1:00pm eastern ship the same business day.  All other orders ship within one business day.  

International Shipping:
International orders are shipped UPS or US Mail based on price, availability, and customer preference.  Call (800) 405-2000 or (614) 523-3410 for a shipping quote.  International orders add a $30.00 processing/handling charge. 

Tracking Information:
UPS Tracking information will be emailed to you after 6pm on the day of shipment.   International orders shipped by US Mail may be tracked by contacting one of our customer service representatives.

Exchanges / Returns:
We will gladly exchange any item returned postpaid within 30 days.  Please include a copy of your invoice, along with an explanation of the reason for the exchange.  There is a 20% restocking charge on all returned orders.  Items must be returned within 30 days.  We will, of course, be responsible for returns due to an error on our part.

Are you looking for brake, fuel or transmission lines that we don’t list in our catalog?  You may be able to send in your original lines and receive a discount on new reproductions.  You must have a complete brake and/or fuel set, and all lines must be original to qualify for a discount
