Prepack Team Lead 

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK PERFORMED
Leads team to ensure hourly & daily goals are met, kits being packed correctly, & understanding the best possible assembly line flow of work
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Organize and set up each job
2. Verify counts of parts to ensure correct quantities were pulled
3. Inspect/weigh kits as they are getting packed to ensure being packaged correctly
4. Verify correct packaging labels are printed and placed on correct boxes (part numbers and lot numbers)
5. Manage packaging times to meet set goals
6. Packaging multiple pieces/ part numbers on a steady pace

MINIMUM PRIOR KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks software is a plus
3. Strong mathematical aptitude
4. Must be willing to work overtime including weekends if necessary
5. High School diploma or equivalent
6. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse/inventory environment
7. Must be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis

Scheduler

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK PERFORMED

Schedules operations for Production, Packaging, & Shipping departments. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Schedule daily/weekly productivity in various departments

  2. Monitor & manage daily operation reports

  3. Coordinate & Manage inventory levels for multiple warehouses

  4. Input & extract data from our ERP

  5. Works closely with leads in each department

  6. Suggest improvements for reporting/scheduling

 

MINIMUM PRIOR KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  2. Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and QuickBooks software is a plus

Production Team Lead

Responsible for:

  1. Learn various processes required to manufacture tubing product line
    1. CNC tube bender operation
    2. Manual and hydraulic flaring
    3. Finish bending
    4. Saw operation including automation
    5. Spring coiler operation
  2. Managerial duties
    1. Make sure CNC benders are hitting hourly and daily goals
    2. Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment
    3. Manage the flow of parts from the PO shelf into the production schedule both quickly and effecently
  3. Cut raw material for production
  4. Cut production jobs on the saw.
  5. Cut Gravel Guard/ spring wrap on the GG machine

Requirements:

Full time, Monday - Thursday: 6:00-4:30pm; however occasional weekends and overtime may be required based on business needs.

Effective using a variety of hand tools

Excel in a fast paced environment

Possess a positive, team minded attitude


Data Maintenance & Entry

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK PERFORMED
Accurately maintaining multiple databases

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Enter and maintain new and existing part numbers into QuickBooks
2. Maintain and create data and pricing spreadsheets
3. Maintain correlation of data between the website and QuickBooks
4. General data entry (i.e. production entry, price changes, etc.)

MINIMUM PRIOR KNOWLEDGE AND/OR EXPERIENCE
· Proficient in QuickBooks
· Proficient in MS Office
· Basic knowledge of Magento
